The treated area must not have been exfoliated for at least 3 days, and nothing must have been applied to it on the day of treatment.

Following the treatment and for the next 24 to 48 hours, or until the skin is back to normal and healthy, it is not recommended to:

  • exercise

  • take a spa, hot bath, sauna

  • any activity that increases blood circulation

  • rubbing

  • removing dry skin

  • wearing tight-fitting clothing

  • wearing cream or anything occlusive

  • shaving (for 7 days)

  • exfoliating (for 7 days)

  • sun exposure

  • go swimming

  • do not apply any chemical products to the area

Between sessions, it's a good idea to exfoliate with a gentle, mechanical exfoliant once or twice a week, and to moisturize the area well (do not use creams with active ingredients the week of the treatment).

For any discomfort or to improve the skin following treatment, it is recommended to:

  • apply pure aloe vera

  • cold water compresses (as needed)

  • ice (as needed)

  • apply sunscreen every 2 hours (mineral and 50FPS as a priority) (for all sun exposure)
