HOW AN APPOINTMENT WORKS
Reservations can be made online via Google or the website, by writing to us on social networks (IG), and by calling or texting us on the company phone. It's also possible to send us an email or come directly to the clinic. We will then contact you to make sure we understand your needs and create your client file.
When you arrive
When you arrive at the clinic, you will be asked to fill out a form (depending on the type of treatment) and wait in our waiting area.
You can then wait quietly while the specialist comes to meet you.

Before
The specialist will guide you to the treatment room.
You'll be able to mention your preferences regarding music, comfort and overall experience.
Our specialist will perform a consultation in most treatments to understand your lifestyle and desires, and to offer you your treatment in the best environment for you.
After
All important information such as post-treatment care will be disclosed to you, and a QR code will be shown to redirect you to our information page.
In some cases, our specialists will contact you to send you advice or to check up on you following treatment.
